With the improvement of technology level and core competitiveness, domestic die-casting machines have gradually participated in the world market. As we all know, the process of die casting machine is generally divided into mold clamping, soup, injection, core pulling, mold opening, thimble, cooling, pressure accumulation and other stages. At each stage, the hydraulic pump is pumped out by the oil pump motor to each cylinder to drive the transmission organization. A series of actions, each of which has different matching of pressure and flow. In a working cycle of a die-casting machine, the part with a large load is a high-pressure clamping and injection stage, and the load in other links is small, and the load in the cooling process is simply zero. In the hydraulic system of the dosing pump, excess hydraulic oil is recirculated through the overflow valve. This process is called high pressure interception, and the energy loss formed by it is generally about 50%.
