How to ensure the adhesive tape on AR glass?

AR coated glass is made by adding multiple layers of nano-optical materials on the glass surface by vacuum reactive sputtering, which can improve the glass transmittance and reduce the surface reflectance. The antireflection film material is composed of Nb2O5+SiO2+Nb2O5+SiO2.

AR glass is mainly used to protect display screens, such as 3D TVS, tablet computers, mobile phone panels, media advertising machines, educational machines, cameras, medical instruments and industrial display devices.

Under normal circumstances, the transmittance of single-sided anti-reflection film can be increased by 2-3%, the maximum transmittance is 99%, and the minimum reflectance of double-sided anti-reflection film is less than 0.4%. It depends on whether the customer is primarily concerned with high transmittance or low reflectance. Saida Glass can be adapted according to customer requirements.
After applying the AR coating, the glass surface will become smoother than the standard glass surface, and if applied directly to the back sensor, the tape will not hold it tightly, so the glass surface may fall off.

So, what should we do if the glass is coated with AR on both sides?

1. Add AR coating on both sides of the glass
2. Print a black border on one side
3. Paste adhesive tape on the area marked in black

What if only one side of the antireflection film is needed? It then suggests the following:
1. Add AR coating on the front of the glass
2. Print a black frame on the back of the glass
3. Paste adhesive tape on the area marked in black
